My quick books is running extremely slow, when you click / process transaction it stakes ages for the entry to appear / make a selection, I cannot work at this speed,

I have tried different PCs the problem persist, I have cleared cookies and caches etc including browsing history

My quick books is running extremely slow, when you click / process transaction it stakes ages for the entry to appear / make a selection, I cannot work at this speed,

I have also tried different browsers and tested the speed, this speed is very frustrating, please suggest any solution?

QuickBooks Online operates as a web-based service, utilizing the processing power of your computer or device, available memory (RAM), and the speed of your Internet connection to function properly.

 

I recommend checking that your system meets the basic requirements to help narrow down the reason for slow performance. A shortfall in any area can reduce performance. I've listed the recommended operating systems and internet speeds below.

 

  • Windows PC: Windows 10, Intel Core i5, or comparable processor (2015 or newer) with at least 4 GB of RAM. 
  • Mac: OS X "Big Sur" 11.1 or newer
  • Internet connection: 3 Mbps or higher

 

Once verified, make sure you're using the supported web browsers:

 

  •  Google Chrome: Version 78 or newer
  • Mozilla Firefox: Version 76 or newer. 
  • Microsoft Edge: version 75 or newer
  • Safari: version 12 or newer (Mac only)

 

If you're using the recommended system and browser but still experiencing issues, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Support Team. They have tools to investigate the cause of this and ensure this gets fixed. Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the Help (?) icon at the top.
  2. On the Assistant tab, click Talk to a human.
  3. Enter "QuickBooks is slow" in the Type something field, then click the Send icon.
  4. Click on I still need a human.
  5. Select Get help from a human.
  6. You can either select Chat with us or Have us call you.

Why must Quickbooks always overlook all the complaints like this? Every browser, every computer configuration, and so many users are having these issues. Could you perhaps look at the app rather than blaming the users? You NEVER take responsibility and it is getting old!
