Sometimes browsers stored cache and cookies that can causes issues when accessing some feature of QuickBooks Online (QBO). With this, we advise periodically clear them to prevent web problems. To know the requirements on the specs and if your current browser is compatible with QBO, you may visit this link: System requirements for QuickBooks Online.
Also, in QBO you have the option to add attachments to customer and vendor profiles. This will help you with more organized record-keeping. For the detailed steps, please refer to this article: Attachments in QuickBooks Online.

It sounds like this may be a browser-related issue, can you try clearing the cache on your browser, or accessing using a different browser on your device to see if the issue persists? :woman_technologist:

Hi Georgia. I cleared the history and I think I cleared the cache. Still nothing. Then I used another browser - Chrome (I prefer and usually use Safari). Everything works on Chrome. QB online has always worked well for me on Safari but now doesn't. Why is that? Why does Chrome work? What can I do to fix it on Safari?
