Hi, @paul273. Moving to a new app can be a huge adjustment. Just to clarify, are you using the mobile version? Is it freezing up or just not saving your invoices? Is the Invoice or the + green button greyed out?
In the meantime, if the app freezes, buttons are greyed out, or refuse to save invoices, a quick data refresh usually clears things right up. Simply go to your Menu > Intuit Account & Settings > Refresh Data -- Refresh Now. If the issue persists, try a fresh start by uninstalling and reinstalling QuickBooks. This is often the best way to remove any minor hiccups and get the invoicing feature working properly again.
Alternatively, if you're using a web browser and experiencing the same issues, it's worth trying some troubleshooting. Sometimes, stored browser data can interfere with the app's performance.
