Newly added products should automatically show when creating invoices, Michael. This issue is likely caused by your browser's unnecessary cache that prevents you from viewing and adding them to the form. Let's work together and troubleshoot this so you can complete your task and track sales accordingly.
Begin by pulling up your account using a private browser (incognito). Here's how:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N (Google Chrome)
- Ctrl + Shift + P (Firefox)
- Control + Option + P (Safari)
Once signed in, select the + New button to create an invoice.
If your newly added products show on your invoice, return to your default browser and clear its cache. After that, restart your browser and log back into your QBO account to refresh the system.
However, if this matter continues, I'd recommend clicking the browser's Refresh icon (please see the screenshot below) or using other supported browsers.

Furthermore, once your customers pay your invoices, record those payments to balance your income accounts. For the step-by-step guide on how to do this, you can check out this article: Receive invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
