I need a list of all transaction which are cash in hand and in class (we call) Community

Hello there, msmithsj.

You can pull up the Transaction Detail by Account report. Then, you can filter it to display your cash in hand account and set its Accounting method to Cash. This way, you'll be able to view the list of all your transactions which are grouped by class. 

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Type Transaction in the search box, then select Transaction Detail by Account.
3. Select the Customise report button.
4. Set the Report period and change the Accounting method to Cash under the General section.
5. Select the Rows/Columns drop-down arrow, then select Class in the Group by field.
6. Click the Filter drop-down, then select the Class, Transaction Type, and Account boxes.
7. Select the Account drop-down arrow, choose your cash in hand account.
8. Click Run report.
