I really need to be able to send delivery notes by email to a separate email address. invoice to email A, delivery note to email B. Is this possible?

Hello, Paul. 

Yes, it's possible. I'll elaborate more on the process of sending the invoices and delivery notes to your customer. 

The process of sending these two transactions are separate. To clarify, an invoice can be sent, printed or saved.

However, the delivery note can  be printed or saved only. We're unable to use the email services within QuickBooks to send the note to your customer. 

With that being said, save the delivery note by generating it from the invoice:

1. Go to Sales, then click the Invoices tab.
2. Find the invoice you want to generate the delivery note from.
3. Click the arrow icon beside Receive payment. 
4. Select Print packing slip or Print delivery note.
5. On the preview screen, click the download button to save it to your computer.

After downloading a digital copy, use your preferred email service provider and send it to your customer's other email address (email B). 

After sending the delivery note, go back to QuickBooks then open the invoice. Send it to your customer's email A (make sure to enter it in the Email box) by clicking on the Save and send button.
