Hi there, sheldonbodner.
I'm glad that you're part of the QuickBooks family. I can help you allocate the downloaded transactions to a sales receipt, which is the one you've already entered within your book.
If you have one exact match, under the Category or Match column Quickbooks Online displays a green icon that says Match. The matching transaction will be displayed. If it is the correct match, click Match under the Action column towards the right.

On the other hand, if you don’t see an item you were expecting, it may be because it falls outside the date range that QuickBooks Online analyzes. We can match them by following these steps:
- Go to Banking on the left panel.
- In the For Review tab, select the transaction to expand the view.
- Click the Find Match button.
- Search for the transaction and make sure to only tick the correct sales receipt where you want to match the imported amount.
- Then, Save.
