I'm here to share some troubleshooting steps to help you show the unpaid invoices, @mark284.
If you're referring to the Dashboard, the unpaid invoices should show there. However, if they're missing, use a private browser to access your QuickBooks account. It may be the cache piled up on your browser that affects the program's display. Use these keyboard shortcuts:
- For Firefox, press Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Chrome, press Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Safari, hold down Command + Shift + N
If this works, clear the browser's cache to start with a clean slate. You can also use other supported browsers as alternatives.
Otherwise, you may change the status to unpaid If it's the Sales menu. If it's something else, add some screenshots below. In the meantime, run an invoice list report and filter it to unpaid.
Here's an article about personalizing your sales forms: Customise invoices, estimates, and sales receipts in QuickBooks Online.
Once done, follow this guide to enter customer payments in the program: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.
Hope this goes well so you can get back into business soon enough. Let us know if you need more help with managing invoices. Take care.
