So to clarify are you trying to search for transactions that are currently sat in your excluded section on the banking page?
Are you trying to search for the transactions in the for review section so you can exclude them?
But you can't search for the PayPal transactions that you need to exclude as they don't have any description is that correct?
Could you please just clarify exactly what it is your trying to do thanks.
Thanks for coming back to us, so to clarify you are wanting to bulk exclude/delete all the transactions that have the memo No description available from PayPal (for UK users) on them, on the banking page on the for review section? Is this correct on what you are wanting to do?

You can try searching for UK users if you see a list of related results. If you get the same thing, it's possible that the browser-related issue caused an unusual response. Stored cache files within the regular browser at times slow the performance of frequently visited sites such as QuickBooks.
You can verify that by logging in to your account through a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one.
Then, go to the Transactions or Banking menu. Select the bank and in the For review tab, enter something like No description available from Paypal. Once you see the related results, you can select the transactions you want to exclude. Then, click Exclude. These transactions are now moved to the Excluded tab.
If everything works as expected, you can switch back to the main browser and clear the cache. You can alternatively use other supported browsers to log in and isolate these kinds of issues.
