When you add custom fields in the browser version of QuickBooks Online, they automatically appear in the mobile app as well.
Since they’re showing as 'hidden' on the app, it sounds like there might be a syncing issue. We’ll go through a few steps to refresh the app and make sure everything is working the way it should. Here's how:
For iOS:
- Tap Settings, then locate General.
- Select iPhone Storage, then QuickBooks Online app.
- Press Offload App.

For Android:
- Go to Menu ☰, then tap More Options ⋮.
- Pick Settings, then Refresh Data.
- Hit YES to confirm.

Once refreshed, restart your device and check if the issue persists. If it does, uninstall and reinstall the app. Secure a stable internet connection and use the latest version of the system.
