To make sure that’ll you’ll able to preview your invoices before sending them, make sure to have your Adobe reader or PDF viewer updated to the latest release version. Then, set it up as the default application to open PDF documents.

If you’re using via the Quickbooks iPhone, then yes, when you go to send (email an invoice), it takes to you a screen where you can amend the message that goes with the invoice and is supposed to show you a preview of the invoice below. This feature broke a couple of weeks ago. I have reported and am awaiting a fix.
This is not to be confused with the “preview invoice” screen (where you are looking at an invoice and just want to preview it). This still works as normal.
Hello Community Users, We just wanted to pop in and advice the issue with the preview not showing upon sending invoices was resolved back in 2020. If you experience any similar problems please let us know and we'd be happy to investigate and get you a resolution.
