The quickbooks online app suddenly has cut off the ability for me to crate, view or send invoices. This happened to me 2 months ago also. How can I solve this?

Last time I uninstalled and reinstalled the app to solve this but I don't want to have to reinstall the app every few months. The option to create or view invoices has simply disappeared.

Hello Olliegriggs-hotm, thanks for posting this question on the Quickbooks Community page, can you try fully uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and see if that resolves the issue of not being able to create, view and send an invoice. we appreciate what you are saying but if you could please try and hopefully it will resolve it again for you.
