Hello Olliegriggs-hotm, thanks for posting this question on the Quickbooks Community page, can you try fully uninstalling the app and reinstalling it and see if that resolves the issue of not being able to create, view and send an invoice. we appreciate what you are saying but if you could please try and hopefully it will resolve it again for you.

Hi yes this has resolved again.
