As the title says, my account got messed up with double transactions and I wanted to start from scratch. I want to delete transactions that havent been reviewed and also excluded ones. But I dont have the option to do this on either. Any suggestions?

Before anything else, may I ask your QuickBooks currently using?
If you're using QuickBooks Self-employed, removing excluded transactions within the Transactions page isn't possible. Entries downloaded from your bank can only be Excluded.
On the other hand, the Delete option will show when we remove the transaction individually. Please see the attached screenshots for your visual reference.
You may consider deleting your account to start fresh or hide your bank account if you don't want to see all the transactions to stops QuickBooks from downloading new transactions, and keep all the existing data.
Please be aware if you delete a connected bank account in QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE), all linked bank transactions will also be removed. Reconnecting your bank account and importing your bank transactions can help restore any lost transactions.

This is such poor quality of app design if you cannot do a basic delete function.
