Unmatch transaction go cardless

Hi there, nirajsudera.

Welcome and thank you for posting here in QuickBook Community. I'll share different to ensure you're able to unmatch entries.

If you're referring to undo entries that already matched from the Banking page, you can go to the Categorised section. From there, you'll be able to see all entries that you already categorized or matched and added.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Banking menu and choose the Banking section.
  2. Select tile for the bank or credit card account you downloaded the transaction from.
  3. Click on the Categorised tab.
  4. Find the transaction you want to unmatch.
  5. Click the Undo link from the Action column.

After that, the transaction will go back to For Review tab. Then, you can now review them one-by-one by matching, adding, or viewing multiple matches to make sure you avoid duplicate entries and your account stays accurate.

If you mean QuickBooks tries to make a match or shows the wrong match while you’re in the For Review tab, you can use the Find Match tool and turn on Suggested Matches to see options that might match. Or, you can use filters/searches to locate transactions. Here's how:

  1. From the Banking menu, select the Banking section.
  2.  Go to the For Review tab.
  3. Click the transaction that shows the match and select Find match radio button. Then, click Find other matches.
  4. Turn on the Suggested Matches button. Then, look for the match transactions and check their boxes.
  5. Hit Save.

Please refer to this article to see detailed steps on how you can reconcile your accounts so they always match your bank and credit card statements to avoid discrepancies: Reconcile an account in QuickBooks Online.

If you need further assistance with any of the steps, you can post again here in Community directly. I'll be happy to help. Have a great day ahead.
