Hello Emma63, Welcome to the Community page, Can you please try clearing your cache and cookies to all time, close the browser down reload it and log back in and try doing the upload receipt again and see if that resolves it for you. If not please reach back out to us again.
I am having the same issues. I have cleared all my cookies/cache but I am still getting the error message 'Something's not quite right. An error occurred while processing your request. Please try again later. If you repeatedly see this error, then please try creating the expense/bill from Expenses page.' when I try to split a receipt/bill, and the text still sporadically types backwards in the 'Amount' box.
Hello Annabrewer972, thanks for posting on the Community page, please can you try on an incognito / private window, different web browsers and let us know what browsers you have tried and also different devices and what those devices where thanks also network and what the network was. IF none of those troubleshooting steps have worked please get back to us again so it can be looked into more for you.
