Let's try logging in into QBO using a private window to see if this a browser issue or not. Then, try accessing the Expenses, Invoicing or other tab menus again.
If it works, clear the browser's cache to delete the temporary Internet files or use another supported and up-to-date browsers.
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Support Team. They'll investigate what's causing this issue.

- Click Help on the top menu.
- Choose Contact us.
- Enter unexpected behavior in QBO in the What can we help you with? field.
- Click Let's talk.
- Choose Start a chat to connect with us.
