So this is what comes up in the transactions to confirm… as you can see its in GBP, this is the currency I need it to be…
And then once I’ve confirmed it, it does this…
as you can see, the value gets changed to Euro, and then converted to GBP…
Hello Bizproltd-gmail, thanks for the screenshots, it may be easier and quiter to ring the supportline so you can set up a screenshare with the agent on the phone so they can see exactly what is going on so it can get resolved for you. They will gett a better understanding as they will be able to visually see the whole process of what is going on for you.
