Let's go over a few steps to try and get your online bank connection to download transactions again.
These are:
- Clear your browser's cache. We do this so we can isolate a possible issue with your browser.
- Try to do another manual update. Your online bank will try to download those recent transactions that weren't downloaded earlier.
- Try your browser's private window and see if there's a difference.
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Shift + N
- You can also try to log in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) company in a different browser. See if that works.
