Hello Jaynej

 

There was a server outage causing the 502-gateway issue it also was causing some different behaviour in QuickBooks, so it is possible that was affecting the class lists as well. Our engineers are stabilising the issue.You should find that the intermittent issues you are getting stop altogether, more information can be found in this link

 

Let us know if you get anymore strange performance in any section of QuickBooks

 

EDIT- This issue has now been resolved.

Could you provide a screen shot of the recurring transaction template showing the class and transaction creating without the class on so we can look into this further as we are not aware of any issue currently

Hi Emma – thanks for coming back to me.  Whilst I was waiting I restarted my computer and left it for two hours and all seems to be fine now.  I’m not sure what had happened, I also seemed to be getting a Gateway error message – not sure if you know what that is?
