I have just imported my transactions in Csv form from my bank account. Under ‘amount’ the green ones are showing ok but the black ones are showing as £0.00. Is there anything I can do about this?
Hello Wildart,
Welcome to the Community page,
On the csv file that you imported are the amounts showing as different figures? I'm thinking that it is possible that the amount column on your csv file for those transactions are either blank or have special figures. Anyway, you can exclude those transactions showing as 0 too and re-import the file ensuring that the figures are correct and the file format.
Hi, thanks for your reply. When I open the Csv files on my iPad they appear fine and the correct figures are displayed in the ‘paid out’ coloumn. So why would they appear as blank when I import them? There are no special characters just numbers.
Hi Wildart, can you reach out to our chat support, so you can do a screenshare with them so they can look more into this for you.
