QuickBooks Self-Employed (QBSE) relies on the banking information supplied by your bank, @info2167. Therefore, any inconsistencies or missing transactions could result from the data exchanged between your bank platforms.
Connection delays also disrupt the transfer of data from your bank to QuickBooks. Also, monitoring the connection and staying updated can help ensure your QuickBooks account maintains accurate financial records.
In the meantime, I suggest manually importing them into QBSE. Please follow the steps below:
- Click the Gear icon, then select Imports under TRANSACTIONS.
- Select the Import older transactions link.
- Follow the onscreen instructions to upload the CSV file, then click Import.
