Why can’t I see the option to create an invoice on my QuickBooks online mobile app?

Hello there, Andy . I'm here to help and share an explanation of why you can't see your invoice option. 

 

QuickBooks Online (QBO) app uses a cache to store frequently accessed data and images. This is done to speed up the loading process and enhance user experience. However, the cached files can become outdated or corrupted, leading to problems. Outdated cache files can make the app slow and unresponsive, while corrupted cache files may cause the app to crash or display incorrect information. 

 

Therefore, you need to clear the cache regularly to avoid such issues and ensure the smooth functioning of the app. You can follow the steps below: 

 

In IOS: 

 

  1. Go to the Menu or Hamburger icon located at the bottom right corner, then choose Help & Feedback.
  2. Press Refresh.
  3. Go to your device settings and click General
  4. Choose iPhone Storage.
  5. Choose the app that takes up a lot of space.
  6. Click Offload App
  7. Restart your device.

 

In Android: 

 

  1. From More Options ⋮, select Settings.
  2. Click Refresh Data. Then, choose Yes
  3. Go to your device settings and choose the QuickBooks app
  4. Press Storage. 
  5. Click Clear data
  6. Restart your device. 

 

If issues persist, you can uninstall and then reinstall the application
