Hi - I am on iOS app v22.10.3
I open an invoice and click the + to add a payment. Once I do this and save I get the saved notification but the usual three dots top right where the option to email, etc. usually would be is missing. So I have to click the go back, top left, then scroll down to the history part and find the paid invoice there. I select it and it opens with the three dots top right, etc. I believe I’m QB Online.

Hi there - I have tried to find the Help & Feedback option in the iOS app but I do not have the same options presenting in the user interface as you have suggested. I tap Menu and there is no Help & Feedback option. Only a green Help? top right and also a Help? third from the bottom of the Menu. Clicking either of those Help? icons leads to a screen where the only options are for Articles and support or Ask QB assistant a question.
Hello Gavin_rogers, does the three dots are showing in the top-right corner of the invoice payment, from here you should have the option to email which creates a payment receipt.
Hi Ashleigh, as I originally stated the three dots are missing in the invoice payments ui after I apply a payment and hit save. At that point the ui loses its three dots, which is a new thing as previously they were there and I would just choose email to send the paid invoice to my clients showing their zero balance.

As described earlier I have not been able to get the first part of the process sorted so have not yet uninstalled/reinstalled the app. I first need assistance in finding the Help & Feedback section in the iOS app as it is not where you said it would be. There is no option to Refresh Data in the iOS app. So do I just ignore that step and uninstall?

It's strange that when you tap the menu bar on your QuickBooks mobile app, the Help & Feedback option isn't there.
This unexpected behavior could have been brought on by out-of-date data that was kept on your QuickBooks mobile app. Before uninstalling the app, let's clear some app's data directly on your phone settings.

Hi - firstly as far as the Help & Feedback option is concerned I ‘m not sure why you have shown me a screenshot of the browser version of QB as I said I am using the iOS app and there is no Help & Feedback section in the app.
I have included a screenshot to show what view I get in the iOS app once I have applied a payment to an invoice and saved. Previously I would get the same screen as the attached but top right there were three dots where I could then choose email. That is what has disappeared.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled the iOS app but it has not changed anything.
