Why has quickbooks stopped supporting Lloyds commercial Banking online? when I had this until 9th may?

Hi there, carol25.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I'm here to ensure you're able to connect the bank account.

I was able to confirm that QuickBooks Online (QBO) currently supports Lloyds Bank for business and personal accounts. It's possible that you're able to connect one of them until the 9th of May. In this case, let's update your bank manually.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to QBO.
  2. Go to Banking.
  3. Click on Update.

If you're encountering any bank errors, refer to this article that will help: Manually update an account to fix banking errors.

This should help the connection to sync up again. Leave a comment below and update me how it turns out. I'm always around.

Why has quickbooks stopped supporting Lloyds commercial Banking online? when I had this until 9th may?

Hi!

We tried to connect Lloyds Commercial Banking, error message received: "Check for any typos or other errors 103".

We also tried to copy and paste the URL's website to search the bank, error message: "Hmm, we can’t find cbonline.lloydsbank.com in our list of supported banks"

Does QBO UK no longer supports Lloyds Commercial Banking?

Welcome to the Community, ef57608.

QuickBooks Online (QBO) UK still currently supports the Lloyds Commercial bank.

The error 103 typically happens if your login credentials entered in QBO don't match what your Financial Institution has on file.

If you are connecting for the first time, be sure to select the right bank and enter your sign-in information correctly.

Here are the steps:

  1. From the Banking menu, choose the Banking tab.
  2. Click on Add Account and enter the bank's URL (example: https://www.lloydsbank.com) in the Search field.
  3. Select your bank. If you see multiple options, you may have to repeat these steps to find the correct one.
  4. Enter your bank sign-in information on your bank's website, then choose Continue.

See the Manually update an account to fix banking errors article for further guidance.

Let me share this link that will help you in the future: Assign, categorise, edit, and add your downloaded banking transactions.

Please reach out to me about the results. I'll be here to keep helping. Have a wonderful day.
