Why is Quickbooks not registering my income with invoices sent ? So staying over due but have been paid.

Hello, helentayloratsss1.

Beforehand, I'd like to ask how you confirm that your invoices aren't being recorded as income? Are you currently looking at you're Profit and Loss report? If so, you'll want to ensure that the invoice is within the reporting period in the accrual basis accounting.

Also, can you confirm if those overdue invoices are those that have not been partially paid?  If so, you can mark them as paid by recording the remaining paid invoice balance. Here's how:

  1. Go to My apps and choose Sales & Get paid
  2. Choose Invoices and find the transaction.
  3. Click Receive Payment
  4. Enter the details and the amount.
  5. Click Record.

I'll add this article for more details about accounting for your invoice payments: Record invoice payments.
