It is where we can confirm if the error is cause by a browser-related issue. I've added these keyboard keys to open one:
If it works, we can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. Once cache is piled up, it can be the reason for some unexpected browser issues.
We also have the option to switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge as an alternative.

Thank you for your reply. I should have said I am using the app on my phone. I uninstall and reinstalled and it is working now.
