Yes, you should be able to view, download, and save your billing history, Mike.
Here's how to do it within QuickBooks Online:
- Click the Gear icon in the upper-right corner and select Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing & Subscription tab and go to the QuickBooks section.
- Click the View payment history hyperlink.
- In the Payment History page, you can click the Print option (printer icon).
- You should be able to save the data depending on your browser settings.
If you need more help in retrieving your billing history, you can contact our Customer Care Team. They can pull up your account and create a billing history request. Here's how you can reach them:
- Click the Help menu in the upper-right corner and select Contact us.
- Enter the details of your concern and click Let's talk.
- Choose how you want to reach them and enter the needed information.
Once your billing history request is approved, they'll the file to your email.
