You want to make sure that the code has not expired and you entered it correctly, @roy22.

 

The code acts as a form of authentication, verifying that you're authorized to access the system or link your account successfully. Also, make sure that you have a stable internet connection to avoid interruptions in the process of authenticating the code.

 

Alternatively, you can perform a basic troubleshooting in your browser, which disregards website cache, and doesn’t save any browsing history or data. Here's how:

 

  • Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge: Press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Press Command + Shift + N

 

Once done, please return to your regular browser and clear its cache. This will refresh the website preferences that may be causing your issue. Alternatively, consider using other devices and supported browsers for optimal performance.
