Before troubleshooting the app, let's first verify if this is an app-specific issue. Try logging in via your phone's web browser and saving the invoice with VAT. If it works, let's proceed with clearing the app's cache and refreshing its data.
Here are the steps to clear the cache and refresh the app's data.
To clear the cache:
- Close and restart the app.
- Open your device Settings.
- Select Apps.
- Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, then select Storage.
- Select clear data.
- Power down and restart your device.
