Are you trying to set up MTD in Quickbooks?
Have you already registered for MTD with HMRC first?

I am set up at HMRC for MDT.
I disconnected QB and tried to reconnect MDT earlier and a message flashes across the screen which reads "Unexpected error.... and then that disappears and then nothing.
I suspect that different credentials may be being used but even my accountant can't see if I'm connected.
