In QuickBooks Online (QBO), if the 20% standard VAT isn't showing when you create an invoice or estimate, the VAT settings may have been turned off, Timbo. I'll provide the steps to enable it again.
Here's how:
- Go to Settings (gear icon) in the upper right corner.
- Select Account and Settings.
- Selec Advanced.
- In the Accounting section, click the pencil icon.
- In the Default tax rate selection, choose whether Inclusive of Tax or Exclusive of Tax.
- Then, click Save and Done.
