Amazon integration is not letting me select VAT option

Hello, I recently started using QB for my small business. It is now time to submit VAT but I noticed that

Amazon transactions are not showing VAT therefore, it is showing discrepancy in the total VAT.

It is showing Total Tax but when I click on select Tax, it does not show me any option. 

Also, all transactions that were automatically processed don't have any VAT assigned.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

Here is a screenshot. Where it says Select Tax, there is no option in that dropdown.

  2. Log in to your account using a private browsing window. Use the following keyboard shortcuts to open a private window:

  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N
     

Alternatively, you can use different supported browser for an optimized experience with QuickBooks.

Hi,

Thanks for your reply. 

I have tried different browsers, laptops and phones. Same issue on all of them.

When I contacted support, they said to contact Amazon, which I think is not the correct way to handle an issue when I am paying QB but am being asked to contact a 3rd party.
