Welcome to the Community, Kim Robbins.
I can help remove the VAT feature/ VAT Reeeegistratin number on your invoice template.
Let's start with making sure you've set up the No Vat option on your settings. In case you need steps on how to do this, feel free to follow the steps below:
- Go to the Gear icon in the upper-right pane.
- Select Accounts and Settings then pick the Advanced tab.
- Click the Pencil icon in the Accounting row
- Choose the Default tax rate selection drop-down arrow, then choose NO VAT.
- Hit Save, then Done.
Once an invoice is created, the Amounts are drop-down will display No VAT. This will only affect your invoice transaction. Thus you still have to edit your Tax settings to remove the VAT registration number from your invoice template.
Here's how:
- Go to Taxes, then choose VAT.
- Click Edit VAT and select Edit settings.
- On the VAT registration number, remove the number.
- Click Save.
