Left-hand side navigation bar click on taxes>vat>edit vat>edit rates and take a screenshot of that page and send it to us so we can have a closer look for you.

Unfortunately I'm unable to see an attachment on your post, please try resending this below. Can we also check if this is a custom VAT code that you have created or one of the existing default QB VAT codes?

To the best of my knowledge this is a default code from QBO.
