Hello Cetlimited, Did you get a case number when you reported this? Was that via online chat or phone? What is it that differs the amounts in the boxes? The period dates?

hi, 

 

it was a call and the agent had me on hold then she came back saying they would get back to me. no reference number was given. i would have asked for one but i am sure i have in the past cases and believe you don't issue or do you?

 

you will see from the attached screen shot the page is not even loading now. it just continue cycle.

 

the period on display is not correct.

 

the last quarter ended , end of november.

 

you will see where its showing september to september.

 

i will say again, the accountant that manages this account have the correct view and figures.

 

this company however, in different locations and with different computers are seeing those bogus figures and period displayed.

I'm here to ensure you're able to see the accurate VAT display in QuickBooks Online. 

 

We're unable to provide a reference here in the Community since this is a public forum. And, I didn't see any screenshots attached to your current reply. Would you mind re-attached the photo? I've added a sample image for your guidance.

Regarding the VAT display, ensure that you've selected the All dates or Custom in the Filter drop-down. This is to guarantee that the page will show accurate information. 

 

If the issue continues, I'd suggest doing primary troubleshooting steps to get rid of the problem. Please access your account via incognito. This browser won't save any cache or history. 

 

You can use these shortcut keys below: 

 

  • Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome)
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox)
  • Control Option (Safari)
  • Ctrl + Shift + P (Microsoft Edge)

 

From there, re-check the Vat page and the loading page to verify if it's already functioning well. If that works, go back to your usual browser, and initiate clear the cache. Doing in other supported browsers is a great choice too. 

 

If the issue persists, I'd recommend communicating with our Customer Care Team again. This way, they can re-investigate your account in a secure environment. Secure to call our support within business hours to address your concern promptly.
