You can use a private window and see if you're able to upload and save your company logo. If you do, go back to the original browser and clear the cache. Also, I'd recommend switching different browsers such as Google Chrome, Internet Explorer, or Mozilla Firefox.
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care team. They can help you further in saving the uploaded logo in QBO.
