Thanks for reaching out to use here in the Community. Let me welcome you to the QuickBooks family.

I’ll be your guide, so you can successfully print the P60 Report.

Running it depends on the payroll subscription you’re currently using. I’ll walk you through the steps on how to get the report.

The P60 is available in PaySuite after the final payroll has been approved. To get it, you’ll have to go to the Reports tab.

Here’s how:

1. In your account, go to Employees on the left panel.
2. Click on the Reports tab.
3. In the Reports for tax year section, click on the PDF icon to download it.
4. To print the P60, click on the Printer icon in the upper right-hand corner.

For QuickBooks Online Payroll:

1. On the left panel, go to Employees.
2. Choose Employees, then select the employee you’re working on.
3. Select the Documents tab, and click on the P60 link to download it.
4. On the P60 End of Year Certificate page, click on the Printer icon in the upper right hand corner.

There you go. You should now have a printed copy of the P60.
