In that case, you would go to Projects, click on the project and click Project Profitability. Once on this report, click on the expense total and this will give you a breakdown of the expense transactions against this Project. You can then click on customise in the top right hand corner and select 'rows/columns' - this will allow you to turn on the extra columns you need like supplier name, memo etc.
