I don't have a 'Banking' tab. What do I do?
Hello Karenfaren
Are you using the Self Employed product? If so you can go to the cog in the top right>imports>then select import older transactions against the bank account you want to upload the CSV to.
If you are using QuickBooks Online and you do not have the banking section are you accessing it through a mobile app?
Thanks
Thanks Emma. The transactions are from a different bank account; not the one connected to the Quick Books account. I can import the CSV file and it appears in Files Imported. But how do I then add these transactions to my accounts?
I have a self-employed subscription and viewing on pc
Thanks
It's OK. I found it! There is a 'Continue' button at the bottom of the screen that was hidden. It's fine now. Just feel a bit silly!
Thanks
