You can close your account by following the steps below. Before doing so, I'd recommend printing the forms and reports that you might need in the future.
Here's how to close your account:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Choose Account and Settings.
- Select Billing & Subscription.
- In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel.
- Follow the steps on the screen to cancel your subscription.
You can receive an email that confirms the cancellation of your account.
Also, if you purchased your subscriptions from iTunes or Google Play, please see this article on how to cancel your account.
Once canceled, you'll have a one year read-only access of your data.
