My bank is missing all the transactionsfrom 18/01/19 to 19/03/19 how to do i find them?

First, let's attempt looking into your excluded transactions to check if the missing transactions from January to March are there. 

If you find the missing transactions in this screen, you can click on the Update button to download them. You may need to click 3 to 5 times if nothing happens. However, if it's still unable to download, you may need to log in to your bank's website and download the transactions via Web Connect. 

When you first connect your account, QuickBooks downloads up to the last 90 days of transactions. If you need more than 90 days of transactions, you can export additional historical transactions from the bank and upload them into your QuickBooks company.
