Just to clarify, what’s the name of your financial institution? Did you encounter any error codes/messages or updated the sign in-info?
While waiting for the details, I have a few steps you can try to get this feature working again. First, perform a manual update to refresh the connection.
Here’s how:
- Go to Banking on the left panel.
- Click on the Banking link.
- Select the account you’re working on.
- Next, click on the Update button.
If you see a message about additional authentication, follow the on-screen instructions.
Next, check if you can download new transactions. If you’re still having the same problem, I suggest you reach out to your financial institution and check if there’s an ongoing maintenance issue.
You can also try logging in to your bank’s website and check if there are any messages, notifications or alerts. A login issue on the account’s end can block downloads.

Once done, you should be able to accept downloaded transactions.
