I have been chasing a issue with Quickbooks for the last 2 weeks and none of their staff seem to know what the complaints procedure is. Can anyone tell me this? Many Thanks Steve
Hello Arbwines-gmail-c, you can ring the support line on 0808 234 5337 and the agent on the phone will be able to take your complaint and raise it up for you so it can be dealt with, with a senior member of staff.
