I need to submit an EPS by19th of the month to allow for CIS suffered between 6th of the month to 5th of the following month how can I do this as there isn't an eps shown

When you click on Employees, do you see Payroll and Employees at the top of the screen? If so, you can contact our Live Support team through this link, and request to be swapped our payroll software that supports CIS.

If you do not see payroll and employees at the top of the screen, you should see "powered by paysuite", in which case you can go into the Cog Wheel - Employer Settings - Real Time Information - Submit EPS.
