Let's check your access and get you back at having your invoices created and saved.
You'll need to have permissions to access your Customers & Sales so you can create invoices.
You can consult with your Company or Master admin to check your user access.
If you're permitted to edit user's access, then please follow the steps written below:
- Click the Gear icon at the top.
- Under Your Company, select Manage Users.
- Click Edit under the Action column to change user settings.
- Click Save.
