I have no email address for my customer, how do I add a new invoice, it says I need to add email.

Make sure to only select save when creating the invoice, rather than save & send. This will allow you to create an invoice without an email address provided for the customer.
You have clicked a link to a site outside of the QuickBooks or ProFile Communities. By clicking "Continue", you will leave the community and be taken to that site instead.
