I've tried sending an invoice to my email and I was able to open it on my phone, mrsdianaeaton.
It's possible that the issue is on your customer's phone setting. You can let them verify their email setting as well as the PDF of their mobile phone.
Also, they can check their phone brand's support sites for some troubleshooting steps. As a workaround, you can let your customer open their email invoices via desktop.
If the same thing happens, I'd suggest contacting our Customer Care team. This way, they can report your experience to our product engineers. They can check on it.
