Let’s try to check first if you have the right VAT settings. Here’s how:
- Go to Taxes from the left menu.
- Click Edit VAT tab at the top right.
- Select Edit settings.
- Check if you have the right start date.
Also check the previous quarter if it has the correct set of months. If everything is correct, try running QuickBooks on an incognito browser, clear cache if it works fine on a private browser or use a different one.
