I have connected everything from my bank, you them say its connected and then it says oops its an error your end which ur fixing and never do. I have just set up with u!

To assist you better, could you please let us know which bank you are trying to connect to QuickBooks Sole Trader Plus? This information will help us identify the problem more effectively.

In the meantime, you can perform a manual disconnect and reconnect cycle via incognito mode to get your digital setup running right now. Alternatively, you can upload your bank transactions manually until the live connection stabilizes.

To disconnect your account from QuickBooks, follow these steps:

  1. Go to All apps, then select Accounting.
  2. Under Accounting, select Bank transactions.
  3. From the dropdown menu next to Update, select Manage connections.
  4. Find the bank account you want to disconnect, select the three-dot icon, and choose Unlink.
  5. Select Unlink now to proceed, then select Done.

After disconnecting, open a Private/Incognito Window in your browser. This prevents conflicts caused by saved cache or old login tokens. Log back into QuickBooks, and then reconnect your bank account using these steps:

  1. Go to All apps, then select Accounting.
  2. Under Accounting, select Bank transactions.
  3. Select the Link account, and follow the on-screen prompts.

You can also manually upload your bank data to QuickBooks while the live connection is unstable. Please keep in mind that once the bank connection is restored, any transactions you manually uploaded may appear as duplicates.

For guidance on how to handle those, please refer to this article: Remove duplicate transactions in QuickBooks.
