In the meantime, you can perform a manual disconnect and reconnect cycle via incognito mode to get your digital setup running right now. Alternatively, you can upload your bank transactions manually until the live connection stabilizes.
To disconnect your account from QuickBooks, follow these steps:
- Go to All apps, then select Accounting.
- Under Accounting, select Bank transactions.
- From the dropdown menu next to Update, select Manage connections.
- Find the bank account you want to disconnect, select the three-dot icon, and choose Unlink.
- Select Unlink now to proceed, then select Done.
After disconnecting, open a Private/Incognito Window in your browser. This prevents conflicts caused by saved cache or old login tokens. Log back into QuickBooks, and then reconnect your bank account using these steps:
- Go to All apps, then select Accounting.
- Under Accounting, select Bank transactions.
- Select the Link account, and follow the on-screen prompts.
