Since mid October I have not been able to sync my banking account with QB. I am banking with Standard Bank South Africa. I have updated my banking details as per your suggestions but still get this message after countless attempts over the last two weeks.
Looks like the connection to Standard Bank (South Africa) - Business Banking isn’t available right now.

I can share some information about the banking error you're encountering and how to resolve it.
Error 102 means there's a problem on your bank's end. Their website may be undergoing maintenance or have server issues. Since you've been having this error for the last two weeks, I suggest reaching out to our Customer Support team. They can get into your account in a secure environment, isolate the error you're having and help you in resolving it.
You can reach them by going to the Help icon at the top right of the account. Follow the steps below:

In the meantime, you can manually add your bank transactions through the WebConnect process. You’ll have to manually download the transactions from the bank. Then, upload the file to your account. After adding your transactions, you can now match and categorize those transactions and reconcile them to ensure your books are accurate and there aren't any duplicate transactions:
